I think she did an amazing job with it. I just love way she layered her background papers, the photo clusters with her adorable photos, the white space and the combination of a font and alpha for her title work. This page brought a big smile to my face - great work, Dani!
Next, I chose Sour Face by one of our newest CT members, Rayne (raynedrops) -
Rainbow Dreams kit to produce this adorable LO -
This layout made me laugh! I know I'm guilty of giving my children a little bit of lemon just to see their sour faces, so this was right up my alley. I love the bright colors of this kit and the papers Rayne chose are just so fun. She did a wonderful job of layering strips of paper with the circles in the frame and background, the way her journaling follows the corner of her frame, the tape strips and of course, those photos! Awesome page, Rayne! Be sure to click through to the gallery to leave the girls some love and check back next week to see if your A+Designs LO was chosen! ;o)
Oooh, before I leave you, Best Of This World is only $2.00 in Mel's store! That's 67% off!

Hi! I’m stopping in with a quick page for you. Mel does not have any new releases this week but I wanted to share a quick page with you from her newest kit “Java Beans and Blue Jeans”. This is an awesome kit with some great colors. I love blue and brown together. Here is my layout with the quickpage. It is my son and one of his friends. This is the first time they were acolytes at church. The image is linked to the quickpage download. I hope you like it!

Let's see...where do I start? Okay, first, the photos are just gorgeous! So touching and heartwarming and beautifully arranged, the smaller one coming out of the pocket, along with the assorted ribbons, is such a cute idea. I love the way she separated the brown and blue paper with the raffia ribbon, the quote she used is perfect and her cluster of flowers and ribbons sort of tuck everything nicely into the page. Seriously, just a wonderful page all-around. The layout is linked, so leave Candace some well-deserved lovin'!
My next choice was a super easy one. See, where I'm at, it has been super cold and rainy, making me miss the Summer warmth more than I usually do during the Fall. When I came across this layout by catgoddess called Higgins Beach, I just fell in love ::sigh:: Take a look...
Ahhh....doesn't that make you just yearn for the beach? I just adore the colors of this kit, the papers she chose to use, all of her layers, her choice of elements, and her fun beachy photos. And just look at the little bird kissing her on the cheek! Such a cute little touch :o) She did such a wonderful job combining this template with this kit - how could I not choose it?! Catgoddess' layout is linked for lovin' as well ;o) Congratulations ladies!
If you would like your shot at having your page mentioned on the A+ blog, be sure to upload your layouts using A+Designs products to Mel's gallery at ESS and check back every week for our LOTD. Have an awesome day and happy scrapping!!

I just love the different shapes of her photos, the sweet expressions she managed to capture, her journaling and the overall composition of this page. Kristy also won LOTD at Enchanted Studio Scraps with this fabulous layout, so congrats girl! ::happy dance:: Be sure to stop in the ESS gallery and leave her some love :o)
I have another layout to share that was created by me with the Java Beans -n- Blue Jeans kit, called Why So Blue?
Now I know I don't usually spotlight my own LO's, but I have a special attachment to this layout and kit. See, Mel was looking for color swatch ideas for new kits, and Java Beans -n- Blue Jeans happens to be made with the swatch I put together! Also, this layout features my son, who happens to be celebrating his 4th birthday today, having a "blue" moment on a recent road trip and I thought this kit would suit his photo just perfectly! My favorite thing about this layout would have to be the scattered flowers and the little bit of bling in the brackets and alpha. I really enjoyed working with this kit :o) Thanks for indulging me, Mel! Be sure to upload your layouts with A+Designs products to Mel's gallery at ESS if you want a shot at having it spotlighted here! Happy scrapping!
