Friday Freebie!

Well it’s Friday again and I have another freebie for you. Since it is July (how the heck did that happen??) I made a desktop for you. I’m fairly bad about changing my desktop so I need to keep joining in Gotta Pixel’s Rock Your Desktop challenge. I used Forever Loved and made a 1440 x 900 desktop.

And here it is:

Thanks and enjoy your weekend. Have a great Fourth of July too – for those of us who celebrate it!

A Forever Loved Freebie

I'm back to bring you another peek at what you can do with kits available from Mel in her stores.

I was playing with Forever Loved again,

Gotta Pixel
Scrapbook Bytes
and what started as a cluster morphed into a QP so I hope you like it.

Happy Thanksgiving-Another Freebie

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and if you don't celebrate this particular holiday, I hope you are having a good weekend!

We have had a busy day, starting at 3:30 am. I still managed to sneak a few minutes to browse at my favorite stores, and I hope you saw some of the fantastic deals and steals available in our wonderful Digi-world.

Today I made a QP from Forever Loved. I kept it pretty simple, feel free to add a few other elements from the kit if that fits your style.

My photo for my page is from a few years ago, I am thankful for my family and the support I received to  complete my degree and arrive at graduation.

*Family and journaling not included in download*

Have a great weekend!

Gallery Love

Do you need some inspiration? I have two fabulous galleries for you to browse and find some amazing pages.
KerryT has great pages and if you want some inspiration on using more than one photo on a page- you'll find some wonderful ideas here. Rumor also has it that there may be a recipe for a lime coconut cheesecake on one of the pages.

She did a wonderful job on this page and I love the bright green for a little boy's page.

If you'd like to work on some blocking- check out darthChrista's gallery. Here is a great example of using masking to highlight the photo. I love how blue it made the eyes, it really draws me in.

Gotta Pixel

Stop by both of the galleries to leave them some love and find some inspiration. Scrap-lift anyone??

I will have a little freebie for you next week to celebrate the release of a new kit by A+ Designs.

Gallery Highlights and a Freebie

Today I'd like to highlight a couple of the CT gals-

Up first is:

I really like the stacking of the elements, but by keeping them in a line, it still feels organized.

She used the Fresh Squeezed kit

next is

I like how she used the frame behind the image, that's one of my new favorite ways to use frames.
